Default air conditioning

dodge dakota 2003 the air conditioning will not blow cold air. the heat does not blow hot air either you can feel the cold and you can feel the heat, i have changed fuses 10 and 15 still nothing

if the fan doesnt come on when you turn the **** and the fuses are good (this is what it sounds like your issue is to me, you really arent all that clear) then the next thing to check is the blower motor resistor, located under the glove box, its a pretty cheap (~$15) part and a quick check. When it goes bad you usually loose all fan speeds except full speed, but they can take out all of them.

While changing it also check the harness and see if its burnt at all.

If that doesnt do it then you need to find the ground for the fan and see if its loose.
