Default Axle Identiifcation - not in truck

Hi everyone,
A friend is selling a 10 bolt rear end out of a Dakota which has been long scrapped. I don't have the axle tag and I was unable to locate any kind of Ident sticker on the axle.
Other the a spin test in the air is there any way to determine if the axle has LSD or is open ?

Specs I know about axle
Out of a 2000 Dakota
10 bolt Diff Cover
3.55 Gears
Tow Haul Package was on truck
11" Drums

10 bolt cover = 8.25 rear end, try spining one of the axles by hand, if the other side goes in the same direction its posi, if it goes in the opposite direction its defiantly an open diff...

I dont believe the 8.25 came with any kind of traction aid from the factory. Only the V6 trucks used it.
