Default 2000 Dakota loud whistling humming at speed

Thanks in advance for any and all help.
I have a 2000 Dakota quad cab 4.7L auto 4x4 with about 140k miles on it. Right around 60mph I get a loud whistling/humming noise. It is tied to speed not rpm and I can not duplicate it sitting in neutral. I have searched and read every post I could find but none of them seem to be my exact problem. Below is a bad phone video. The noise is much louder than in the video. Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it?
Thanks

sounds like a vibration to me not a whistle. something is out of balance or a bad motor mount or something similar. I would prop all wheels off the ground and put her in drive up to the speed it starts. I bet it don't do it then though cause only the rear wheels will roll creating vibration. unless it has something to do with the drive shaft. but i doubt it. what about that little aluminum shield near the ac drain? check that it is tight. it might be a exhaust shield, or something on the back of the dash like a clip on the back of the instrument panel. dose it sound like its in the dash or engine compartment. that reminds me gota go fix the exhaust vibration on my on dak. LOL

definitely a vibration. Does the truck itself vibrate at all? That's too high of a frequency for anything in the driveline IMO.

Do you have a roof rack or any kind of pillar or roof mount lights?

It sounds very similar to loose converter bolts, but that would be RPM, not speed relative.

I'm thinking heat shield.

nothing roof mounted. there is a bug shield that was on it when I bought it I think it is factory but I am not sure.

Bug flector wouldn't do it. Rigid and other roof or pillar mounted lights are known to make weird sounds at speed as the wind goes around their cooling fins.

There's a couple of heat shields I would check. I don't think it is either one for the exhaust manifolds, or the body mounted ones. But there's a splash guard under the radiator that could be loose, there's also a dust cover on the transmission to cover the torque converter and starter ring gear. You might check that cover, as it is barely held on.

Could also *possibly* be a brake pad chattering in the caliper, it's rare but i've seen it happen.
