I had two 130w KC halogen spot beams installed yesterday and drove fine all night. Today I started it up just fine and drove to work, no problems. When I left work 8 hours later it didn't want to start, then all the sudden it fired up fine. Driving home it was at 18 volts (max) and making an electrical "whirring" noise thru the speakers. I got home and it won't start, even with a heavy duty work van jumping it. No dash gauge lights chiming nothing. Any suggestions?
