I have a question about the TV cable. Has anyone ever seen one stretch and need replaced? I am almost finished with my basic restore of this 1997 Dakota SLT ext cab 4X4 V6 Magnum. I have done the Governor Cyl and sensor replacement and adjusted the bands. I do have to readjust the front one again because it slipped when I was backing it off so I want to recheck it. To tell the truth I am not sure the spring is even on the TV cable at the trans. Can anyone give me some advice on any sensors I need to look for and replace I don't want things to be biting me later. I am getting a light bounce or shutter in between low and second but after that it seems to do ok. It has a nice kick down but it is rough between Low and second. I was told the speed sensor ????? Will this help me now or even later? Does it help in shifting? Ok Sorry I just get carried away because I have been spending way to much money on this thing. I bought it to replace my van that a guy ran a red light and drove thru it so I am trying to do it right. Thanks folks I do appreciate the help I really do.. God Bless..
