Default 01 Dakota wiring issues

So my lights started acting up a while back. First my dash lights went out but would flash with the blinkers or when I hit the brakes. Eventually the dash lights stopped working entirely and the blinkers, reverse lights, tail lights, and brake lights soon followed. All the bulbs have been replaced, no fuses are blown, and the relays are all clicking loud and clear. I can't help but wonder if all these lights are connected somehow and shorting each other out... Any ideas on where to check?
anything is helpful thanks for your time!

First thing to do would be get the service manual and check all your body grounds. Clean them all and see if that helps. Second would be using a voltmeter to check the sockets to see if they are indeed getting voltage. Ensure your PCM connections are all correctly seated and if there's any visible short anywhere (especially in moving areas, like the door passages).
