Default 1999 Dakota 4x4 SLT Extended Cab 3.9L V6 PCM/Trans issues

My truck is a 1999 3.9L V6 SLT 4x4 Extended Cab Dakota.

Here's a story on what my truck's been doing for quite sometime now.

So my truck started off with having an EVAP leak when I first got it, I have an identical working Dodge of similar years with the same exact parts. Everything was swapped from a working Dodge truck (O2 sensors, everything to due with the EVAP system essentially) and the items from my '99 Dakota worked perfectly fine on the truck I swapped it from. However, an EVAP leak was still detected on my '99 Dakota. (All the lines are fine as well.) So my computer was pulled from my '99 Dakota and I witnessed scoring and burnt marks on the PCM module circuit board, it seemed to be heavily damaged and after I did a lot of research, it seems to be a common issue with '99 trucks that the PCM fails with the EVAP. When my truck is throwing the code, it surges for power and gets terrible MPG. However sometimes the check engine light will go off, and the truck runs like a champion. (awkwardly enough it's when I fully fill up the truck with a full tank of gas)

The truck also likes to throw random cylinder misfire codes that go away after a few days or after I reset them with a scan tool. These random cylinder misfires are just literally, random. The truck runs like a champ and still has plenty of power and doesn't sound like it's miss firing what's so ever when these misfire codes are thrown. So again, most people seem to think it's another PCM issue...

Now another issue has recently arose with my truck now that the truck is throwing a transmission code P0753. After a lot of research I had all the plugs related to the transmission cleaned and reconnected. The code still existed. (Everything related to the transmission wires and solenoid and so forth seemed fine and working.) Again, after a lot of research people have stated that the cause of this problem is most likely the PCM. Essentially my truck is not shifting at all now. It was shifting perfectly fine in the snow with the 4x4 working amazingly. Now, nothing. If anyone has any other ideas for this, let me know but everyone seems to instantly target the PCM as well.

My main question is can anyone help me find a /RELIABLE/ '99 Dakota SLT 4x4 3.9L V6 PCM that I can purchase have programmed and throw into my truck so it'll finally stop randomly throwing codes at will. All the computers I've found have bad reviews and most people state that they aren't working. I don't want to throw $500 at a PCM and not have it work and not have the ability to refund it. That's some horror stories I've read online when it comes to PCM's with these trucks. The dodge dealer also said they'll only program a PCM from a '99 Dakota, since I have a 2000 Dakota PCM that seems to work on my '99, but it won't run any of the gauges. It'll run just the engine. The Dodge dealership I went to also doesn't sell PCM's.

TL;DR: I need a PCM for my Dakota I believe, can anyone link one that they've tried and is reliable and will work?

Thank you and I would appreciate any help with this.
