This is just my guess but you should have disconnected the sway bar first it puts torsion on both sides some what equally. Im not sure what you have done or not done.

I now have the sway bar disconnected from both sides. As soon as the video uploads to YouTubeI'll add it here.

Sway bar disconnected
Strut removed
Steering knuckle removed and everything required to get the steering knuckle out ie ball joints tie rod.
My guess is many things are bent
How did the torsion bar get bent torsion bars are very strong it took a lot to bend it looks like you need a good body shop to check things out.

Agree, if the TB got bent, any and everything attached to it may well be FUBAR.

I ordered a replacement lca but the question still remains, are the mounts supposed to have a curve to them or not? Can someone with a 4x4 go look at there's and post a picture? If the aren't meant to be curved what is my best option? Straighten them? Cut them off and weld in new ones? Mix up some 23-0-0 and aluminum powder and see how big of a hole I can make where the truck currently sits?
