I'm having wiring issues with the power lock control an off an on issues with window control on the passenger side door of my 02 dakota .drivers control works on window not on lock,an lights show on both switches.

Is it likely the actuator failing?

An does anyone have a wiring diagram to this .
It is getting 12v to both actuator and at plug in to switch.
I even tested switches.
Any info is appreciated.
