Default 01 Sport 4.7L "No bu5" No fuel pressure or spark. Bad PCM?

Had an intermittent "No bus" issue before I bought it, was told by previous owner. He thought it was the crank sensor. Decided to drivedri home, got 40 minutes down the road when it stalled. Disconnected and reconnected the battery, and it started up again but then died a minute later. Wouldn't start after that. Towed it home and left it outside with no battery over night. Next morning it started up, pulled it in the garage and turned it off. Replaced the crank sensor with a factory one from Dodge. Now there's no fuel pressure or spark, she just turns over and reads No Bus on the odometer every time. Found a broken ground wire between the PCM, engine block, and body. Replaced that thinking maybe that was the issue. Nothing has changed. Any ideas?

I only had it for a day, but when it was cold it fired right up. Now that I've replaced the crank sensor, it doesn't fire at all. Just turns over.
