Default 3.9L, 42RE, STUCK IN 3rd(Limp mode)

Hello,
I recently got taken for a ride on a new vehicle I purchased. During the test drive on my 2000 Dodge Dakota 3.9L, 42RE trans, I didn't have any issues outside of a power steering leak. I brought it home, rebuilt the Power steering pump. Once the repair was done, I plugged the battery back in and got the check engine indicator. The codes I pulled consisted of p0753, p1765, p1495. I am not so worried about the Evap system because smog isn't required where I am at, but I am worried about being stuck in limp mode. I also then noticed my system wasn't charging, turned out to be a bad wire from the PCM to the Regulator in the Alternator.
I already pulled a Working PCM from another Dakota with the same Part #, cleared the codes, but it is still there. I then took it down to AAMCO and had them test it. They said the wires from the PCM(TCM) to the Trans passed an ohm test. They jumped the wires from the solenoids and they are popping. They think it is a communication error from the PCM which they don't work on. Maybe wires are still causing the issue not sure. It is also worth noting that, before the alternator was charging the system when I would reset the codes, it would stay out of limp mode for maybe a quarter of a mile, but now, once cleared and engine crank to on, the codes re-appear immediately. I am not sure if it is a Valve Body issue or if it an electrical issue. I am stumped and have no idea what to attack next, so I figured that I would try here.

Newer PCM, Solenoids work, wires tested fine, what could be the issue?

Does anyone have clue here? Please help. I have searched for answers so know that i didn't just post here. I know this is a common problem, but mine hasn't been answered because i followed everything out there. Wires ohmed out, pcm is off a truck that didn't have codes thrown and relay was switched with ac clutch since i knew that was working. Solenoids pop with AAMCO's tests, I don't know where to go from here.

You and AAMCO have done everything right. Electrical issues suck. Did AAMCO plug into the trans at the transmission or did they connect at the PCM?I have to wonder if you have another bad PCM or something. Without an MT2500 or a DRB, you may be chasing yourself for awhile.

I planned on chasing the issue til I find it, but ammco said they plugged themselves in at the transmission. Tested all wires inside and then ohmed all wires leading to the trans. After all that, they jumped the solenoids and heard them popping indicating they worked, so I did some research that said i need to clear the code for the circuit relay first before i even try to attack the code on the solenoids because the relay provides power for the solenoids. It has 5v that go to the solenoids but the relay need 12v to run all electronics first. So I have some mechanic friends coming over next weekend to help me work on the relay code by checking all the wires from the PCM to the relay and then down to the trans to make sure the voltage is good. They said that just because they ohmed on doesn't always mean they are providing the voltage, so we will see what i get and ill keep you posted.
