Default Idle issue

So it's a 2001 Dakota 4.7 2wd automaticclub cab with 133,000 on her. She has an occasional rough idle, dropping down to 500 rpm sometimes. Drives nice, no engine codes showing. And it's an intermittent issue, but it does happen often like at a stop light etc.

I have already replaced the throttle position sensor , idle air control valve, checked the air filter, and cleaned the throttle body.

If there was a vacuum leak or misfire, wouldn't it throw a code? My next guess would be maybe she needs new plugs? Previous owner said the oil was changed but when I changed it, it was dirty black. That gives me an idea of the kind of maintenance that had been done like changing spark plugs and such. Its my first Dakota, just trying get some opinions. Any input is appreciated
