I have the manual HVAC system on my 2004 Dakota. I have noticed that the mode switch seems to be out of sync slightly. I had the mode door actuator replaced several years back and I think that either the actuator was not calibrated or the calibration was done and was bad. Does anyone know how to do the calibration on the manual HVAC system?
