What lift kit should I get??
I want my Dakota to be as tall as possible cus I mean who dosnt right? But I’m 16 with a crappy job. What’s the best bang for my buck? Just a torsion key lift and call it good? Or a real suspension lift? If so what lift?? I’m having such a hard time finding a true drop bracket lift that is for a Dakota. Can’t find a lift more than 3 inches. I have an 04 quad cab v8. Thanks in advance guys
just saying I’d like to be able to run 35s but not sure if I can fit 35s with only 3 inches if lift without cutting steel, I don’t care about cutting plastic. Will the motor handle it? Or the tranny?

That's true JK. And it wasn't my intent to be down on the forum. I have been looking into getting a lift for my 03 Dakota since I bought it last Feb. The FAQ is definitely a good starting point.
You can pretty much forget a suspension lift kit. I haven't found any pre-made Dakota lift kits for suspensions If you know or find someone who really knows what they are doing I imagine you can piece one together. I'll be getting a 3" body lift on mine next week and the kit itself is over 500 bucks. A suspension lift will cost you big I suspect even if you do it yourself.
