Exclamation 2001 dakota 3.9 need help please

So as the title shows I have a 01 dodge Dakota SLT with the 3.9, recently my truck would, at random times, stop running and shut down, when trying to start again
it would crank and turn over but would not start, after waiting for anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour it would start back up and be fine. This has occurred for the
last couple months and rarely. But now it has become far worse a situation. I pulled into my moms driveway and when going to leave my truck would not start. It has been this way for the last week and I have replaced many things so far in my quest to fix it, new battery , ignition solenoid ,spark plugs, wires , crankshaft sensor, ASD relay. Regardless my situation has gotten worse. so here are the symptoms... will turn over and crank very strong but wont start, plenty of fuel is going into the carburetor ,my speedometer quit working a week or so ago when it was running but now when the key is turned on the cluster has nothing on it except my PRD12 area is lit up but nothing else, when it was running the ABS and seatbelt and brake lights were on now literally nothing on dash comes on when attempting to start it. as far as electrical there is no power to the distributer cap or ignition solenoid , there is power coming out of batter to the relay housing but nothing after that for most part and ECU has some power going to it but none coming out of it, please help!!!!

Will be impossible to find the issue without a scan tool that can look at all items on the communications buss. A Snap-On Modus (which most shops should have) may be able to access some of the modules on the buss, but a DRB3 (dealer tool, but more and more are getting in private party hands like mine) is really required to 'sniff' the comms buss and see where the communication fault is.

It's been a few days, but have you looked at all the fuses in the block to ensure you don't have any that are blown? I would start there and test all the related fuses with a meter.
