Short Term Fuel trims are the only thing standing out to me. Are they really going from negative 6 to positive 10 when holding 1500?
Long Term Fuel Trim going negative 0.7 to negative 3.9 is reasonable.

Can't really see anything about that when you look at a freeze frame. You really need a logging system that will record right up until it dies, then quickly troubleshoot why it died via logic.
I replaced my crankshaft position sensor and my throttle position sensor and it starts and runs fine now (still a little rough tho) so I think next I'm gonna replace the o2s and check out my MAP sensor.
