Default 2001 brake proportioning elimination ?

Still can not get the front brake port on the aluminum valve to seal . I have flared new lines. I have bought an M 10 x 3/8 adapter and use store bought flared lines. It will not seal. Starting to think that their may be a split in the aluminum block or something weird. This is a 4 x 4 with RAL only . Rather than spend more time and money on an old rusty truck and have to unhook and try to re-bleed all lines can I just eliminate the valve ?

Thank you
