When does the fan kick in?

When does the fan kick in?

2000 dakota 3.9 with ac and condenser with electric fan. When does the electric fan come on? I've got the engine up to temp with ac on but don't see electric fan coming on.

should come on at 210 degrees or when AC is on (to draw air across the condenser). Check the fan relay and fuse in the PDC.
