Default 1999 Dakota SLT 3.9 Fuel Filler tube

My Dakota has a quick disconnect on the fuel filler tube, as well as the fuel vapor (overflow) tube right where they go into the side of the tank. Where can I get 1) an exploded view of the connection, and 2) a replacement tube set. Mine are pretty rotted, and all the replacements that I've seen don't have the disconnect, just a pipe.
Went to the Dodge dealer today and found out that the fuel filler neck was used on 97 to 99 Dakotas only, and of course, is no longer available. So I'll try the boneyard, or if that fails, I'll have to try some "creative engineering". Unfortunately, the male ends of the quick disconnects are the nipples coming out of the tank.

Hmm, I wonder what kind of connection it is. All you can do is take it apart and see. Worst case, swap tanks to an 00+ tank.
