I've verified spark and injectors, hooked up a spark plug straight to the coil and watched it spark. Checked injectors with noid light. I believe it might be starting too rich since it hiccups when I have the throttle body wide open that says more air is needed to even the a/f ratio.

 

Got her fixed! Just to update and let y'all know I got her going, the coil ended up being the issue. Old one still produced a spark but a weak one that wasn't strong enough to ignite the mixture. New coil and she's back on the road!
