Stalls randomly and fuel gauge drops to empty

02 dodge dakota 4.7 will stall randomly and fuel gauge drops to mt.. once fuel gauge works again it will restart
I have replaced fuel pump relay, tps, iac, and a fuel pump but still happens. Any suggestions

Sounds like a bad ground

agreed, bad ground. Check under the dash, 2 spots on the firewall, and behind each headlight.
