Default exhaust help

I recently acquired a 2000 sport crew cab with the 3.9LV6 it's in pretty good shape runs decent but after a close inspection several of the exhaust manifold bolts are missing. I'm getting a sporadic check engine light but haven't had the code pulled yet. I'm assuming the missing manifold bolts could be causing an o2 sensor issue. I'm having an almost impossible time find replacement manifold bolt for this thing unless I buy a new set of manifolds. anybody got a source for discontinued hardware? Also seriously considering V8 swap to the 5.9l depending on cost and amount of effort and availability of parts.
