Default 2001 Dakota caliper question.

Just bought a 01 Dakota 2wd, 4.7, and it is missing the left front caliper. The bolt spacing is 6” on center for the caliper! What the heck is this spindle off of?
the passenger side is normal and even my 99 4x4 1500 is smaller than 6”.
What the heck did the guy get this spindle off of?

Sounds like a 2003/2004 dakota/durango spindle. Problem is that the caliper for each is different (offset is 1/4" different).

03/04 spindles have two 1/2" or so through-bolt holes. 97-02 spindles have M10 threaded holes.
