I have literally spent a week searching for a schematic of the wiring harness for my truck. My colors don't match anything I've found. Can anybody help? The colors I have....-orange, black/yellow, black/brown, red/white, pink, green, brown/yellow, blue/white, white, blue/orange, Brown/red, blue/red, brown/blue

 

Go to Crutchfield.com or any Best Buy and buy a wiring harness for your truck. It plugs into your existing radio harness plug and has all the wires labeled for connection.

 

That's my issue, whoever decided to put a stereo in before me cut the harness plug and just spliced the wires in.

 

Does your system have the infinity amp?

This diagram fits a 2001. 97 is more than likely different, but will give you an idea of a direction to head in.

 

I think this is the same thing as magnethead post only I made a .pdf file it should be easier to read and make larger plus download it.
