Installing 6/9 speakers in a Dodge Dakota 98

I would like to instill some 6/9 in my Dakota. Can it be done in the rear side panel...suggestions

If you have a club cab, it won't be too bad, just elongate the existing 6" hole.

If you have the standard cab, your options are gonna be not-so-easy
