Transmission Dip Stick Tube h e l p!

HELP! i need help Locating 2000 Dodge Dakota Transmission Fill tube.. dealership says its obsolete and not available anywhere in country, cant seem to find one aftermarket ither... anyone know what to do!!?? i need the fill tube, and the grommet for the transmission...Any information/part numbers would be great! please help me!!????
