01 dodge dakota 3.9 slt, replaced all 6 bulbs with 3147, checked all fuses, hazard lights work normally, brake lights are fine, was told these don't have flasher relays. All help is appreciated thanks

 

It's a combination flasher module. It's mounted to the driver door side of the steering column, up behind the OBD2 port. Runs you $5 at the junkyard or $50+ new. It's specific to (literally) a handful of applications. 01-04 dakota, 01-04 durango, select years of B250 van, and I forget the fourth one.
