Did 2nd gen manual daks come with AX-15?
I'm wanting to do a manual trans swap for my 97' 4x4 Dak. Got a couple questions:

So an AX-15 will bolt up to my 3.9? What about a NV3500 or NV4500?

The AX15 was in 99 and older 3.9 Dakota. The AX15, NV3500, and NV4500 will all bolt to any magnum engine.

Was the AX15 in the dakotas with the 2.5l? Will that bell housing match up with the 3.9?

The 2.5 has a different bell housing and I think some of those came with the AX5 transmission.

My 98 2.5 came with the AX-15 I think till 99 their is no separate bell housing for the AX-15 from 2000 to 2002 the 2.5 had the NV 1500.
Did 2nd gen manual daks come with AX-15?
