Default 03 Dakota 3.9 4x4 tie rod ends too short after installation

Hi folks, first post here. I replaced inner and outer tie rods as well as a passenger side hub bearing and has been difficult to align(home and shop) within specs without almost running out of threads on the driver's side outter tie rod end. Old and new tie rods are same length. Steering is a little touchy and it doesn't track straight. Alignment shop could get the toe in spec but did not mess with caster or camber. The caster on driver's side is in spec but passenger side has too much positive caster. Would too much positive caster on passenger side cause a shorter engagement of the threads on the driver's side inner and outer tie rods? With steering wheel straight and correct toe in, I only have 1/2" of threads inside the driver's side outter tie rod. Steering wheel is affected directly by passenger side adjustment. Driver's side must be based off of passenger side after wheel is centered. Feel free to ask for clarification or details. I'm mechanically inclined and do most work myself
