Default Stalling out

I have a 97 dodge dakota alt 3.9 v6 that when I start my truck it will start then it will die unless I give it gas but if I let off the gas pedal it will die again. I have to rev the truck up a couple times then I gotta keep it at about 1500 rpm for a couple minutes. Some times that works and sometimes it dont. Has anyone had this issue before and if so what was the problem thanks in advance for the advice

Many possible reasons. Could be...

spark plugs
fuel injectors
IAC
TPS
Weak fuel pump
Vacum leak

I can keep going....
