Converter compliance question

Default Converter compliance question

What would happen if i put a california emissions converter in my federal emissions dakota? I almost think that it should be fine but just wondering. Thanks

Need more info.

The main cat is the same. Cali package adds 2 more cats and 2 more oxygen sensors.

Federal = 1 cat/2 sensor
Cali = 3 cat/4 sensor

Thanks, this actually clears everything up. I will have to stick with the federal emissions Y pipe because my wiring harness is federal emissions only having 2 o2 sensor connectors as well as the ecm is federal emissions. I forgot the cali emissions had the 2 mini cats by the exacts headers
