Default Leaf spring shackle, using the same bushing

I need to replace my left rear leaf spring shackle. It rusted and snapped apart.

For the upper part of the shackle i know it can be a pain to remove the bushing.

Question is can i use the old bushing with the new shackle and just replace the bolts?

I just tried to replace mine a couple days because it broke. Keyword tried... Lol.
The bolts were seized so bad in the bushings I had to pay a shop to get them out.
I was a little upset to see they reused the old bushing but there doesn't seem to be any issues. As long as it's still tight and has rubber visible throughout don't worry to much.
