Front shocks

This is what's left of the bolt that attaches the shock to the lower A-arm and it needs to come out.
I really don't want to remove the A-arm... Any ideas?

that looks like the sway-bar-endlink tab, not. shock tab?

thats what mine did broke like that too. i took torch to it and used stuff from work (i think it called heat fence ) to keep heat there and it came right out..
