voltage should be 12-12.5 sitting and not lower than 10.5 cranking. the injectors need 10.5 to fire.
should be able to hear the fuel pump prime for 3 seconds at key-up.
3.9 you MUST use a mopar crank sensor. box store no likey V6 tone ring.
