Default Factory service manuals: 2003 = 2004?

Just got a 2004 AWD quad cab. Loving it, my first Dodge truck (and my first "modern" one).
I've found a set of reasonably priced FSMs on ebay (1 "service" and 3 "diagnostic") for a 2003, so am wondering if there's any significant differences between 2003 and 2004 models.

Also, although I typically vastly prefer having an FSM, the general trend seems to be that FSM procedures are becoming more and more reliant on specialized tools and computer diagnostics, such that I've occasionally found an off-brand manual (eg chilton, haynes, etc) to be equally or more useful because they sometimes do a decent job of translating FSM tools and diagnostics to end-user-accesable procedures. In other words, I'm asking: Do you find the Dodge FSM worth the cost of entry?

There is no difference between the 2003-2004 Daks. There are differences between these Daks and earlier models though.

There are stickies at the top of this forum that claim to have the FSM that you can download, but last I tried that, I ended up downloading a RAM 1500 FSM.

Not trying to disqualify that one should own one, but I've made this far without one, so I personally don't feel a pressing need.
