ok i have extra money saved up and i want to swap my 3.9 to a 318 or 360 in my 97 club cab. i plan on keeping the truck for a while so im not worried about resale value. but id like to make the 318 or 360 carburated. i plan on putting farm tags on it so i dont have to worry about inspection or emissions. so my question is what will i need to make it carburated besides motor. i had a post a while ago but nobody answered back to it. so what will i need? and i need to know what tranny i should use. i would use my 5 speed but i heard it wont be able to handle the torque of a v8. plus my clutch is about gone. so what tranny should i use. then will my exhaust i have on it now bolt up to manifolds of a v8? thanks for the help
