2000 dakota 3.9 v-6 high idle and radiator hose leak..
I bought this truck about a year ago with 70k original miles 1 owner. It's been great no problems. I left the radio on and killed the battery so I jumped it off to go to town and it idled around 3k rpm.. I desided to drive it a mile or so to see if it would change and it stayed around 3k no matter if the motor was warm or not. Also I noticed when I popped the hood the section of radiator hose where you add coolant is slowly leaking. I'm no mechanic by any means but any advice would be greatly appreciated .
