Question 2nd Gen Cab Sound Deadening

Picked up a new to me 04 Dakota SLT V8 last week. So far I'm in love its a very rad truck.

Has anyone added deadening to the interior? I know its a truck and a v8 so its gonna be loud and I dig it.
However I've got a few planned long road trips and I'm curious if there are any known areas in the cab that are notorious for the lack of sound proofing that I could remedy.

Thanks for any input.

I stripped my cab out in preparation for a restoration. The truck actually has pretty good soundproofing installed. It has MLV pads in the doors, on the floor and I think on the roof (I don't recall,) It also has a thick foam pad on the firewall. There's also, strangely enough, foam wrapped in plastic baggie (at least on the ext cab) in the hollow under the side rear windows. The headliner also has a heavy foam pad over it. It gets REALLY loud when all of this is removed.

When I put it back together, these are what I'm looking at using. Different products for different areas.
Thinsulate
Second Skin
Aerogel

Oof, I was hoping to find out they added barely any deadening under the floors or something. Sounds like I'll just have to get used to it.
In an unrelated note I appreciate the detail you went into. The Headliner in my truck is toast and I was looking into material to replace it with. Ill make sure to not skimp on the foam insulator.
