Default Electrical issues 2001

So I have scoured the internet and this great forum to no avail.
Dome light staying on with door shut, unless I roll the dimmer wheel a time or two. Also don't hear the door chime, or seat belt ding.
Although Info center shows door ajar light if open and off when shut. I have checked all fuses and replaced a couple in the cab. I also pulled the CTM checked and cleaned it with electronic cleaner. CTM board looked good, and left battery unhooked for 30 minutes.
Flipped both door switch/latches and light stayed on. Still dome light on, no chimes for door open or seat belt. Any other ideas to check, how to check light switch dimmer wheel?

Do you have the FSM? Has the wiring diagrams in it (stickied above).

The info center indicating door open/closed would confirm that the door switch & wiring are good. Pull the light switch and ohm it out to verify it is behaving as expected across all the paths. I'd take the electronic cleaner and spray into the thumbwheel if possible and rotate it while spraying into it. The contacts can oxidize in there and cause an open, rotating it to get the cleaner in there will allow the cleaner to clean the contact points.

Took headlight switch apart and cleaned contacts. Still no change, bought a new headlight switch and that didn't fix it either.
I'm guessing possibly CTM, I may have to live with no dome light.

Do you hear a constant buzzing-like sound from the CTM area?
