Default LEER camper top rack track questions

I'm sure many of the members here have had a topper on their vehicle over the years. Just purchased my first Dodge (2nd Gen Dakota) and it came with a Leer Topper.
I'm looking to add some accessories geared toward fishing, so I need to throw some cross bars on my Topper. It has pre-installed tracks, not sure if they're factory or added, and the guys at our local Leer dealer were no help. I took a couple photos of the tracks and current crossbar adapters, but haven't been lucky enough to find anything similar yet. Unfortunately most of the track kits seem to look the same in photos, with a few exceptions, but I was hoping someone here could possibly steer me in the right direction as to what kind of tracks/cross bar mounts these are so I have an idea what to be searching for. Ideally I'd like to find some crossbar mounts that allow for different sized cross bars, that way I can fashion my own bars to fit the items I'd like to mount up top.

Any help would be tremendously appreciated!

I'd still like to know what kit these base feet belong to if anyone knows, but in the meantime, I believe I found a fairly inexpensive solution to my problem from Sherpa Equipment Company. They make what appears to be a universal Base-T mount for extruded aluminum crossbars and I'm probably going to end up going this route. Probably wont be pretty, but the truck is pretty rough to begin with. Took quite a bit of searching and browsing the goggler to happen across something like this, so here's a screen cap of the mounts I'm considering if anyone else is interested. Seems to be pretty popular with the 4-runner guys. They also sell different length "crossbars" which appear to be just plain ol' 4040 extruded v-channel aluminum, but they should do the trick for anyone in a similar situation to mine, and they're priced within a few bucks of most extruded aluminum suppliers online.
