Default 04 Dakota 4.7l top end ticking....

04 Dakota 4.7l trying to solve the top end ticking. I've already replaced the last adjusters and put the rocker arms back on I'm just wondering if the rocker arms and valve springs need to be torqued down to what exactly any help is appreciated thank you

Who did the job? I'm guessing not you, cause you'd know there is nothing to torque. Everything is held together by spring tension and the springs are held in by retainer caps.

I did mine in 2020 and I believe I have to replace one "new" faulty lifter. It ticks for a minute upon startup. What brand did u get?
