Default Interchangeable parts

Hello I just got a 99 5.9L R/T and was wondering if the parts are interchangeable with my 03 5.9L R/T,any info is most appreciated,

Engine will cross-over. Transmission will not. Rear axle and driveshaft will. Anything electrical will not. Anything frame/chassis-related forward of the bed will not. Interior is a mixed bag (mostly not).

The outside looks the same and thats where the similarities end.

Ok ty all for the info,my main concern I guess is are the beds interchangeable?

As far as I'm aware the beds didn't change with the 01 update. As long as you have the same bed lengths then it shouldn't be too much to get done.

The bed did not change, only the frame (from the mid-crossmember forward). Heater core I don't know if it's the same or not, but i'm going to wager they are different. Compressor I think is the same since that's engine-side, however the AC line routing changed every other year.

Ty all but apparently the frame on the 99' I was going to buy is twisted from an accident so I probably wouldn't get the bolts off or have a hell of a time doing so ,so I decided to pass ,but all the info is greatly appreciated for future reference.
