I bought a 1998 Dakota V-6 2wd. The engine has a rough idle and the vents work only on defrost. I talked to previous owner and they said the air door actuator vacuum line came off. Where is the actuator and how do I get to it? They also said the vacuum line would make it big down at idle. Love the truck but I need to fix the problems. Thanks

 

The vacuum lines run from the intake to the upper firewall. Right below the wiper motor. Pray its there. If those are fine then its inside the dash and that is a very large job.
