Default Dakota Custom Long Tube Headers

Not sure if anyone knows about these new long tube headers for 97-03 Dakota and Durango 5.2, 5.9, 408, 2-wheel drive models.

1 3/4" x 3", O2 sensor bungs placed, thick flanges, 3 different coatings available, gaskets, header bolts, adapter reducers included.

Video of install and proper clearances and fit. Video in Dakota RT - Google Photos

Pictures of polished ceramic coating.

They look nice and will even out the exhaust pulses but in the dakota's you have very little room. Especially with the 4x4's. Even with the stock ones you'll be fighting the oil filter. It looks like you might need a relocation kit for that. The frame might not allow for them near the drop. Good luck.

Thanks Supadoom, but That's mostly old news that sounds like from the S&S long tubes back in 2001. These are totally new breed just released and already installed.

No issues with filter or the old hitting points. Check out the video at the bottom of the pictures. It shows the headers and proper clearances after install.

The 4X4 trucks have never had a long tube header and can only use a shorty with Y pipe because of front differential clearances and driveshaft. That's already been looked at long ago.
