Default Torsion bar bolts stuck

Two weeks before starting to replace the upper and lower control arms I started putting Kroil on all fasteners in the morning before I go to work and after I get off work. The truck has not been driven during this time. I measured how many threads are sticking above the swivel and marked the bolt in relation to the frame so I can count how many turns it takes to remove the bolt. I also marked the torsion bar in relation to the swivel, and in relation to the lower control arm. My problem is I got 8 1/2 turns of the bolt and it is locked tight to the swivel. When I turn the bolt, the swivel pops out of place and rotates in the frame. I am at a loss for ideas at this point except cleaning all the oil off that I can get off and using MAP gas to heat things up.

Anyone have any ideas how to get the bolt out of the swivel?
