Aye there , I got a 04 dakota qc 2wd with the 4.7 magnum 5 spd auto , It popped for multiple trans codes, high line pressure , 3rd gear failure , 4th gear failure, fail after shift , and some trans sensors. Sometimes check engine goes off and it'll shift alright for a bit but once the light comes on it has trouble going into 3rd and into 4th and when it's there the Truck feels like half power . When I step on gas while cruising in 3rd or 4th the rpms decrease. Trucks got 238k on it and idk if trans has ever been done , my main question is should I have it checked and rebuilt or if cheaper (smarter move) should I do a 4ps manual swap.
