Default Gauge issue

Check out my volt meter. This is where it slowly falls to after shutdown. While running, it seems to work fine. Anyone seen this before?

Only the big gauges have pegs and none of the smaller ones. You can see them on the tach here. I've tried doing the cluster test/gauge-sweep procedure as well and it didn't help. Works fine while driving, as you can see. Maybe down the line I'll have to pull the cluster and replace it. Junkyards are my friend.

Mileage is stored in the cluster, so cluster change is a odometer change.

I don't recall if the stepper motors are field replacable or not.

Went back and checked my photos. The steppers are mounted to the bezel and use spring contacts to connect to the circuit board. I didn't take many photos of the bezel to see how they attach.

Yeah, i'd be looking to change only that component and not the whole cluster. I'm not really hard pressed either. May very well stay that way.
