Default Anti-theft disable/bypass?

I have a '97 Dakota Sport.

I just replaced CTM Sunday (9/7) with one from a local salvage yard from a 2000 Durango. Both were the "High" models (power locks & RKE). I knew the fob would no longer work, didn't have an issue with that. Worked fine Sunday-Wednesday morning driving 2 hours round trip Monday & Tuesday. Wednesday (9/10) I drove an hour to school, and on a break, I went to sit in the truck. Turned the key in the lock cylinder and as soon as I opened the door, alarm went off. Couldn't get it to shut off by turning the key in the cylinder, both with door opened & closed, so I pulled horn relay fuse to get it to shut up. Well, I can't drive it with anti-theft on because it cuts off injectors. Had to get it towed home. Now I'm stuck as to how to get it to run. I've seen info on pulling/grounding the LG/OR wire on CTM, but wanted to confirm if that was a fix, how exactly to do it, or if there's any better ideas. Any advice would be appreciated.

I attached pictures of old and new CTM connectors with the arm/disarm wires.
