If i swap out the intake to relieved the dreaded plenum problem...
will my truck be emissions legal with the m1 intake...

An m1 will not make you fail an etest. Unless you have bad plugs, wires, cap n rotor or blown cat then it will fail.

I passed with all the bolt ons, mp pcm, tb, m1, cam, 1.7rr and 24lb injectors & a rattling hi flow cat (hdrs/ypipe/3"glasspack). Give the same test in Toronto as Ottawa neighbour
