Clanking brake caliper
Recently I had my rotors resurfaced because of warpage. The pads were good, didn’t have them replaced. Since then, my drivers side caliper makes a loud clanking noise when going over small to medium sized bumps.
I got down and checked to make sure everything was tight. All looked good. I did some pushing and pull and found I could duplicate the sound by tugging on the caliper. The sound seemed to be from the pads, like the pads were flopping around inside.
Other than an annoyance, is this a problem? Can it be silenced? Thanks
